Strawberry Iced Matcha Latte

Strawberry Iced Matcha Latte Recipe

Ingredients:

  • MyMatchaClub Ceremonial Organic matcha
  • Warm water (heated to 70 degrees Celsius)
  • Ice cubes
  • Soy milk (or preferred milk)
  • Liquid whipping cream
  • Strawberry syrup

Instructions:

For the Matcha:

  1. In a bowl, whisk 2g of ceremonial matcha with a little warm water (heated to 70 degrees Celsius) using a Japanese chasen (bamboo whisk) until frothy and well combined.

For the Latte:

  1. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour soy milk (or preferred milk) over the ice cubes, leaving some space at the top.
  3. Gently pour the prepared matcha over the milk.

For the Strawberry Foam:

  1. In a separate bowl, mix a little liquid whipping cream with strawberry syrup to taste.
  2. Whip the mixture until stiff peaks form.
  3. Spoon the strawberry foam on top of the matcha latte.

Optional Garnish:

  1. Sift a little matcha powder over the strawberry foam for added flavor and presentation.

Serve and Enjoy!

Note: Adjust the amount of matcha and strawberry syrup to your taste preference. Feel free to customize with different types of milk or additional toppings.
