Strawberry Iced Matcha Latte Recipe
Ingredients:
- MyMatchaClub Ceremonial Organic matcha
- Warm water (heated to 70 degrees Celsius)
- Ice cubes
- Soy milk (or preferred milk)
- Liquid whipping cream
- Strawberry syrup
Instructions:
For the Matcha:
- In a bowl, whisk 2g of ceremonial matcha with a little warm water (heated to 70 degrees Celsius) using a Japanese chasen (bamboo whisk) until frothy and well combined.
For the Latte:
- Fill a glass with ice cubes.
- Pour soy milk (or preferred milk) over the ice cubes, leaving some space at the top.
- Gently pour the prepared matcha over the milk.
For the Strawberry Foam:
- In a separate bowl, mix a little liquid whipping cream with strawberry syrup to taste.
- Whip the mixture until stiff peaks form.
- Spoon the strawberry foam on top of the matcha latte.
Optional Garnish:
- Sift a little matcha powder over the strawberry foam for added flavor and presentation.
