Overnight Matcha Oats with Chia Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup milk of choice (e.g., Sojasun's vanilla soy milk)
- 2g MyMatchaClub ceremonial organic matcha
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt or Perly
- Honey or sweetener of choice
- Fruit of choice (e.g., strawberries, mangoes)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats and chia seeds.
- In a separate bowl, mix 2g of ceremonial organic matcha with 1 cup of milk until well combined.
- Add Greek yogurt or Perly to the matcha milk mixture.
- Sweeten the mixture with honey or your preferred sweetener, adjusting to taste.
- Pour the matcha milk mixture over the oats and chia seeds, stirring until everything is evenly combined.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the mixture into individual jars or containers.
- Refrigerate the oats overnight, or for at least 4 hours, to allow the oats and chia seeds to soften and absorb the liquid.
- Before serving, stir the oats and portion into serving bowls or jars.
- Add fruit of choice, such as sliced strawberries or diced mangoes, mixing some into the oats and placing some on top as a garnish.
